Hi, I’ve initiated a transfer of my domain away from Beacons to Porkbun (submitted 17 July, currently pending release from the losing registrar). I have contacted Beacons.AI , paid the transfer fee, and received the auth code. The auth code was accepted and everything is in order on the receiving side. Could you please approve the release at your registrar, name.com , so it completes without waiting out the full five-day window? Happy to confirm any account details you need. Thank you.

The title for my Beacons page ( brenasia.com ) shows my old username blckchnbaddi3 instead of my display name in two places: Google search results and the browser tab when someone visits the page directly. Current title: "blckchnbaddi3 (@brenasia) | Professional Inquiries Only" It should display my display name — Brenasia — not a username I no longer use. There's no setting in the dashboard to correct this. The <title> tag appears to be pulling from the username field rather than the display name, which affects anyone who has ever changed their handle. Requested fix: generate the <title> tag from the display name, not the username — so it's consistent everywhere the page title appears.

I created a beacons' page for a friend "CarlaMurador" and initially I set it up with my name & info (sol.wicz) to show her how it works. She loved it. Even though I was able to change the profile information with her username, etc, the default SEO still shows the old info. When you open her beacons' URL you see my info on the navigation tab: "sol.wicz" ; same when you google her profile. Is it possible to update that? check it out here: https://beacons.ai/carlamurador

When people click on my link it takes them to a pop up that I already deleted. This is causing problems because people think this is my free guide for something else and it’s not it’s been deleted but still showing up in my link please fix this

My link connected to my socials is not working. Every time I click on it it says “ oops! Something went wrong” I’ve been trying to refresh but no luck

For some reason it won't let me connect my PayPal account, I give it a connection and even though PayPal says “ready”, the website just doesn't move forward and I get “Connect with PayPal” again, this is the seventh time I repeated the process and nothing has happened...
