Feature Requests

The reels that can be seen currently allows the recents reels or as I count it only up to 25 reels. Please enable feature where all reels will be available for selection.

We create and sell music arrangements (sheet music). For each piece, we often have multiple versions available (for example: free excerpt, complete score, play-along version, different instrumentations, etc.). It would be incredibly helpful if a single digital product could contain selectable variants. This would make the buying experience much simpler, improve conversions, and prevent us from having to create multiple separate products for the same musical work.

It is way harder than it needs to be to edit the page to get it to look how you want it to look. Especially, if you use the AI from the beginning to create your page. There is no direct chat for support to help with your issues. I have already decided to use a different platform. The AI doesn't listen to your changes, but it does take your credits. And there is no manual way to change what the AI has created. There is not tutorial tab for guidance. I will go and use another platform.

I have noticed that when i am creating a digital product description, the scrolling up and down of the page when editing text gets stuck. Even when you close the text box and try to scroll up and down on the description box of a digital product it gets stuck. I am on a iphone 16. I have the latest update. Also when i am editing in the text box on my digital product description and im down the page a little, its hard to highlight words and then go up to give the text a bold look or anything in that top bar. Its just a mess and very hard to use when editing. I would suggest to allow the top bar to stay visible no matter how far you scroll down the page while editing in the text box while creating a digital product description. Also could you please look at why it gets stuck when scrolling up and down that specific page. Thank you!

I am requesting a button be added where followers can click copy on a text I specify on links and then it copies it to their clipboard and they can paste it wherever they need it. Even LinkTree has this feature now, I am shocked that Beacons doesn't. Examples of other websites that have this attached.

Hello, My Talent and I are really wanting the feature to have Pre-Set MediaKit layouts (different brand partnership history and projects, about me, links and look / design etc, so that we are able to customize it to pitch out to brands individually based off of the different Niches the talent partakes in. At this time we can only attach all links, past projects and brand partners that we want to be seen by all but not make unique media kits per niche we want to use (this would be better if we could create say up to 12 different media kits with unique links to attach to each one-sheet and or pitch-deck (from the managers standpoint, but also just for talent / users to use in general).

Is there an option for adding variants for the products! I’d like to add size and quantity etc.

The layout needs better contrast. Buttons are nearly invisible unless I hover over them, which isn't the case in standard light modes. Can you fix the design to make the interface cleaner and easier to navigate?

Hello I run a custom made business I was wondering could you add more “custom field” at the checkout. I know this will help other custom made order business to receive intakes from clients and customers. The custom field that beacons have is very limited to only one.

The instructional video on your website explaining how to add an automated “leave a review” email for customers appears to be outdated. Specifically, the “Email Receipt” page no longer displays the “Request a Review” option referenced in the video. I’ve thoroughly searched across the Beacons dashboard and settings but have been unable to find any way to enable or configure an automated review request email for customers who purchase digital products. This feature is extremely important for collecting feedback and building trust with my audience. Could you please clarify whether this feature has been removed, relocated, or is currently experiencing an issue? If it has been removed, I strongly urge your team to consider reinstating it, as it plays a critical role in product growth and customer engagement. I would appreciate it if this issue could be addressed as soon as possible. If there is no resolution or clear path forward, I may need to consider transitioning my digital products to another platform such as Stan Store. Thank you for your time and support.
