Hi Beacons Product & Development Team, We are writing to request a critical functionality on your platform: setting up 301 redirects for modified or outdated usernames. Here is why this feature is essential for us and many other creators: Printed Materials: We have already printed a large physical batch of stickers with a QR code pointing to our old username. Re-printing them is extremely costly and wasteful. Brand Consistency: Our official handle across all platforms is fixed, so changing our active profile username to the old one is not a viable option. Implementing a server-level 301 redirect from our old username URL to our active profile URL would instantly fix our printed materials. Could your engineering team please assist with a backend redirect for our account, or pass this request to the product team as an urgent feature update? Thank you for your support!

I’m trying to add a live Discord server card to my Beacons page. I built the card on my own website, and it shows the current online members and total members automatically. Here’s the live card so you can see exactly what I’m trying to add: https://raveszn-discord-card.vercel.app/ Is there a way to embed this directly into my Beacons page instead of only having it as a clickable link? I don’t see an Embed, iframe, or Custom HTML block in my editor.

Hello my name is Emily and I think it would be cool if you can allow us for free change the blocks thickness like customize sizes and also the transparency of the line with customized transparency levels too.

I have noticed that when i am creating a digital product description, the scrolling up and down of the page when editing text gets stuck. Even when you close the text box and try to scroll up and down on the description box of a digital product it gets stuck. I am on a iphone 16. I have the latest update. Also when i am editing in the text box on my digital product description and im down the page a little, its hard to highlight words and then go up to give the text a bold look or anything in that top bar. Its just a mess and very hard to use when editing. I would suggest to allow the top bar to stay visible no matter how far you scroll down the page while editing in the text box while creating a digital product description. Also could you please look at why it gets stuck when scrolling up and down that specific page. Thank you!

I'd like to request we be allowed to self add our social following number, instead of fully relying on the API, sometimes the count doesn't reflect accurately, and it can be glitchy when adding other socials. I've included an image reference. The threads block doesnt accurately reflect the following on my account.

The button is too out of the way. Moving it near the social links or lower in the header would make it more visible for people to download. Also, rather than an icon, it should say something like "save contact". There should also, be a lead capture feature where it prompts the person to provide their info in exchange for the contact card - this part should be an optional feature

Issue where adding an external link under Digital Products is triggering a paid-account prompt. This is affecting my business flow, and I haven’t received a response yet. Please advise as soon as possible or escalate this case.

The contact form is awful but yet you have the time and resources to implement AI................

It is way harder than it needs to be to edit the page to get it to look how you want it to look. Especially, if you use the AI from the beginning to create your page. There is no direct chat for support to help with your issues. I have already decided to use a different platform. The AI doesn't listen to your changes, but it does take your credits. And there is no manual way to change what the AI has created. There is not tutorial tab for guidance. I will go and use another platform.
