Hello, I’m a Pro Plan user facing a critical issue with my Beacons account affecting my business. Whenever a client tries to access a product (even free ones), they see: "Payment not available. This creator is unable to accept payment at this time." Key details: My PayPal is properly configured and active, with no restrictions. The issue affects all products, indicating it’s related to my Beacons account, not external settings. I tested another Beacons account, and it works, confirming this is specific to my account. I’ve received no email or notification regarding restrictions. Impact: As a Pro Plan user, this issue severely disrupts my ability to sell and serve clients. Hey team, Just noticed that the success email on each product has disappeared. Could you please fix this as this is an important part? All of my product have a different message, some with special bonuses, others explaining how to proceed from there. Thank you. Have a great weekend.

When editing my website for the last few days there has been a glitch and now my images aren't showing up that were there before. One screenshot example attached

Smart reply is a nice setting I just wish it actually worked. No DM’s get sent nor for comments get responded to. It’s nor a user error several accounts have commented the call to action and smart reply doesn’t work.

When you add a image or video to you background and scrolling on a phone browser that collapeses the search bar as you scroll, the image has to reload to fill in the extra space. This causes the screen to jitter to adjust for a moment. Can this be fixed? Thanks

hello, please not that sending test emails to a @ live.com email does not work. the emails do not arrive in inbox nor in junk/spam folder. so I suppose that microsoft has blocked beacons? what is the solution?

Pictures keep getting squished as you adjust the size of the webpage screen. This also applies to the text and images within the text. The Responsive design needs to be fixed.

the buttons added in the email broadcasts are not shown in the MS Outlook for windows software. (ps: weird that I am unable to attach a photo here to point the issue)

if the social media links are being updated in the account settings, they are not updated in any of the automations, nor if an existing broadcast is being duplicated. instead, they are only updated if user creates a new automation or a new broadcast. If user has 10 automations active with 15 emails inside, he would need to change the social links in the footer 150 times!! that seems un productive, considering it is a general overall setting. please correct the update of social links not only when creating a new broadcast, but also to be updated to current automations and if an old broadcast is being duplicated
