Withdrawal Issue: Funds Not Moving to Pending Status

I am experiencing an issue with the affiliate withdrawal function on Beacons AI.
When I click the withdrawal button, the system displays a message confirming that my withdrawal request was successful. However, after refreshing the page (pressing F4), the funds remain in my available balance, and no withdrawal request appears to have been processed.
I would like to request your assistance in investigating this issue and ensuring that my withdrawal request is successfully submitted. Ideally, after a successful withdrawal, the amount should be deducted from my available balance, the available balance should return to $0 (if I withdraw the full amount), and the withdrawn amount should appear under the Pending status.
Please let me know if you need any additional information or screenshots to investigate this issue.

Hi Thiếu Du — sorry about the trouble here. A couple quick questions so we can narrow this down: after you click Withdraw and get the success message, does the withdrawal ever show up in Pending later (for example after waiting a bit or logging out/back in), or does it never appear at all? Also, is this happening every time you attempt a withdrawal, or only for certain amounts (full balance vs partial)? Lastly, when did you first start noticing this, and have you been able to successfully withdraw from your affiliate balance in the past?
