Case Studies don't support Pinterest and X links and TikTok carousels

Pilar Noriega

When you add a link from Pinterest, X or a TikTok carousel, there will be an error message.

Hi Pilar Noriega — thanks for flagging this. A couple quick questions so we can narrow it down: where exactly in Case Studies are you pasting the link when you see the error (the main link field vs a specific section)? When you add a Pinterest/X/TikTok carousel link, are you expecting it to embed/preview, or just save as a normal clickable link? And does this happen with every Pinterest/X URL, and on TikTok only for carousel posts (vs standard video links)?
