I connected my TikTok and YouTube accounts and reasonably expected the trend search tool to use that data in some meaningful way. Instead, it rejected a request to analyze my account performance and returned broad category labels like “dry observational humor” plus a random assortment of popular posts that did not meaningfully match my format, voice, or audience.
The results did not identify hook patterns, pacing, text structure, video length, or anything specific to my connected accounts. It felt like a generic keyword search presented as personalized insight.
The interface prominently displays my connected account and profile, which makes the experience feel personalized even though the tool apparently does not use that account data. That limitation should be made clear before charging 15 credits.
I would like the 15 credits restored, and I think the product should either use connected account data or clearly state that it is only a general trend-search tool.
