Suspend user from Courses

Thanks for flagging this, jasonstrategist — totally hear you, especially for a high-ticket offer. Just so we understand what you need here: when someone misses a payment, should access be removed right away, after a grace period, or only after a certain number of failed payments? And when you say “suspend,” do you mean locking the entire course, only future modules, and/or any community/bonus content tied to it? Lastly, are you selling the course as a one-time purchase, a payment plan/installments, or a subscription (and is this issue specific to one of those)?

Jacob Choi-Durham i would say the ssme as beacons. If they haven't paid in full and in a payment plan, stripe, PayPal ect..then aftwr so many failed attempts just a suspension until payment is received and if they completely just bail, lock out. I am pretty sure 100% that this can work and because beacons has courses there can be many different types sold. But for a higher ticket the owner/coach/creator can lock out or suspend. Maybe a auto feature similar to beacons and a manual one.
