Sell digital products without a downloadable file or link

I started offering Instagram account audits when I switched to Stan (I'm back on Beacons now, which is why I'm asking for this), which means they purchase the audit as a digital product, then I deliver it to them once it's done.
On Stan I can do that without issues, then I can go to the specific order, hit "Fulfill" and attach my audit there.
Unfortunately Beacons doesn't allow to sell a digital product that doesn't have an
actual
digital file attached to it, or at least a link, which means I can't do this. Yes I could include a link to something (a form, a website, etc) as a workaround, but I'd love if this was a feature.digitaljourneyjenn

Hi Ed Pulella — thanks for sharing this, super helpful context. Totally understand the use case (selling an audit as a digital product and then fulfilling it later per order) and why requiring a file/link makes that tough. I’m going to pass this along to our team to take a look, and we’ll follow up as soon as we have an update.
