Meet the creators of an affiliate link

We use Beacons’ affiliate program for our digital product. Our affiliates share their unique affiliate links, and the checkout correctly displays “You are shopping with [affiliate].” However, the checkout page also displays a clickable “Meet the creator” section linking to our main Beacons profile. If a customer clicks our creator profile and then purchases the same product through our store, the affiliate may no longer receive credit for the sale.
Is there a way to disable or hide the “Meet the creator” section on affiliate-linked product/checkout pages, or can affiliate attribution persist when the customer navigates to the creator profile and later completes the purchase?

Hello Tiffany Goucher — thanks for flagging this (and for the screenshot). Totally understand the concern around affiliate credit if someone clicks into “Meet the creator” and then completes checkout from your main profile. I’m sharing this with our team to take a closer look at whether that section can be hidden/disabled on affiliate checkouts, or if we can ensure attribution persists after navigating to the creator profile. We’ll follow up as soon as we have more info.
