Affiliate Payout Request Issue

Dear Beacons Support Team,
I’m experiencing an issue with withdrawing my affiliate earnings.
When I click the withdrawal button, the system displays a message confirming that the withdrawal was successful. However, after refreshing the page (pressing F4), the funds still appear in my balance as if no withdrawal request had been submitted.
Could you please investigate this issue and confirm whether my withdrawal request was successfully processed? If it was not, please let me know how I can resolve this problem.

A couple quick questions so we can narrow it down: after you click Withdraw and get the success message, do you see any other indication that a payout request was actually created (like a “pending” status, an email confirmation, or a record in your payout/transactions history)? Also, is this happening every time you attempt a withdrawal, or did it only happen once? Lastly, just to confirm expectations on your side: are you expecting your available balance to drop immediately after submitting the request, or only once the payout is fully processed?

To clarify, after I click the “Cash out now” button, I expect the payout request to be created successfully, the amount to appear under Pending in the payouts section, and my available balance to decrease to $0.
However, even though I receive a success message after clicking the button, the amount remains in my available balance, and I don't see a new pending payout request.
This issue has occurred when I attempted to withdraw my balance. I expected the balance to be deducted immediately once the payout request was submitted, rather than waiting until the payout was fully processed.
