Just want to make sure we’re looking at the right thing — with TikTok, what part doesn’t seem set up right: are you not seeing any sales come through, or are your products not showing up / not linking properly from your TikTok profile or content? Also, what are you expecting to happen when it’s working (people can view products, click to buy, or purchase directly — and where should that happen)? Lastly, when did you first notice this, and has it ever worked for you before?
