Socials not syncing

Hello, I am extremely frustrated that my socials stats not syncing. I've tried removing the connection and then reconnecting again.. but it still doesn't sync. I want this to work for me automatically. However, this has been an ongoing issue for 2 to 3 months now. and it deters me from wanting to upgrade any future services with Beacon. I've watched the loom videos sent to me by your team, and am tired of trying to resolve this issue. Please help.

Sorry you’ve been dealing with this for so long, midlifewitht — I know how frustrating it is when the stats aren’t updating even after reconnecting. To help us narrow this down, can you share which platform(s) aren’t syncing (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube, etc.) and whether it’s happening for all of them or just one? Also, what specific stats aren’t coming through (followers, views/likes, post analytics, etc.) and where in Beacons you’re expecting to see them update? Lastly, when was the last time you remember the numbers updating correctly (if ever), and what cadence would feel “automatic” to you (hourly vs daily)?
