Social Media stats not syncing

I am extremely frustrated that my socials stats not syncing. I've tried removing the connection and then reconnecting again.. but it still doesn't sync. I want this to work for me automatically. However, this has been an ongoing issue for 2 to 3 months now. and it deters me from wanting to upgrade any future services with Beacon. I've watched the loom videos sent to me by your team, and am tired of trying to resolve this issue. Please help.

Hi midlifewitht — really sorry to hear this has been dragging on for 2–3 months, I totally get how frustrating that is. To help us narrow this down: which social platform(s) aren’t syncing for you (Instagram/TikTok/YouTube, etc.) and is it happening across all of them or just certain ones? Also, what specifically isn’t updating (followers, views/likes, post-level analytics, etc.) and where in Beacons you’re expecting to see the updated stats? Lastly, when was the last time you saw the stats update successfully (even once) — has it been stuck ever since, or does it update intermittently?
