A couple quick questions so we can narrow it down: where exactly are you seeing the slow loading and the photos showing up as question marks (your public Beacons link page, media kit, or a specific section)? Is it happening to all photos or only certain ones / on one page vs across your whole site? And when did you first notice it — is it happening every time or only occasionally?
