Paid $30 for Creator Plus but my account didn’t upgrade

I paid $30.00 for the Beacons Creator Plus/Pro membership, but my account still does not show that I have Pro access.
My payment was made through Cash App, and I have attached proof of payment.
Please upgrade my account or let me know what happened with the charge.

We can see that you were able to upgrade to our $10/mo Creator plan. Is this what you intended and/or do you need further assistance?
If you'd like to bump up to our $30/mo Creator Plus plan, you can easily do so by clicking any of the pink buttons you see on our Beacons site or HERE (https://account.beacons.ai/account-settings/home/billing) and note that your credit from your canceled subscription will be automatically applied!
