Quick questions so we can narrow this down: when connecting Instagram, what step does the “Something went wrong. Error 491” message show up (right when you start, after logging in, or after approving permissions)? When you wait, does it always eventually go through, or does it sometimes never connect? And is this only happening with one specific Instagram account, or any IG account you try to link?
